I'm thinking that instead of splitting my HongKong trip into days, it would be better if I just pick those interesting stuff that I did randomly. And right now while sitting in the office waiting for my stuff to pass, I'm thinking of the dim sums that I had at Fu Sing Shark fin Restaurant at Wan Chai.
Now to me this is the Crème de la Crème of all dim sums:
Yes the Har Kau! Dim sum restaurant which doesn’t sell Har Kau is like Italian restaurant which doesn’t sell pizza:
And this is Siu Mai, the brother of Har Kau:
This is the Siu Loong Pau which is also the most expensive Siu Loong Pau that I ever had:

And also Cha Siu Pau:
Although it’s a little pricey (quite obvious from the name of the restaurant) but I'm satisfied with the food and services provided
